We often seek to move towards things we feel will bring us joy and away from things we feel are in the way of reaching this. Both directions keep us from fully 'Being': Meaning being present with ourselves, aware of what is happening inside of us and around us. Realizing who we are and therefore being free from needing to move somewhere to become or to remain joyful.

EVOLVE

We learned to seek growth and evolution by following steps; the 'path of life'. But many of the concepts ingrained in this path actually make us feel smaller or more contracted instead of more free and joyful. True and deep transformation is experienced when you evolve from the inside out. By experiencing yourself you will instantly feel what is true for you and what not. This enables you to become your own life-long teacher. Once you have realized your truths through experiencing them you will not relapse into old beliefs that easily.

AWAKEN

Increased awakening can happen when we release the limitations and contractions we have taken on and embrace who we are in essence. The more you awaken, the more you move to a state of awareness in which doubt, fear and questioning falls away. In the end, when you wake up to yourself, you wake up to a whole lot more than just knowing who you are and what you want. A lot more clarity arises about life, the world and beyond.
